This page explains how Cascade Court rental information is presented. It is general information, not legal advice, and will be reviewed before the production launch.

Availability, dates and advertising

Occupancy dates are anticipated and subject to construction completion, permits and occupancy approvals.
Availability, rents, incentives, parking, storage and measurements may change. Confirm the complete terms before applying or signing a tenancy agreement.
Any incentive will state its eligibility, dates, conditions and limitations. The written tenancy agreement controls.
Neighbourhood photographs show Sardis Park and the surrounding area; they do not depict the completed building.

Applications and deposits

There is no rental application fee.
A security deposit cannot exceed one-half month’s rent. If permitted by the pet policy, a pet damage deposit cannot exceed one-half month’s rent regardless of the number of pets.
No monthly pet fee will be charged. Certified guide and service dogs are treated according to BC law and are not subject to a pet deposit.
Parking and storage inclusions or separate fees will be disclosed per unit and written into the tenancy agreement.

Privacy notice

The interest form collects only contact details and rental preferences needed to respond to your inquiry. Select Real Estate uses that information for leasing communication and, only if you select the optional checkbox, occasional marketing updates. Do not submit banking, identification or credit information through the interest form. You may ask to access or correct your information, withdraw marketing consent or request deletion subject to legal retention requirements by contacting info@cascadecourtchilliwack.com.
